I had the wonderful experience of drinking the coffee at the Grand Hyatt on my second trip to Thailand; I instantly fell in love with it. The coffee is like velvet, smooth and wonderful to the pallet. There is no bitterness and the aroma pure heaven. I bought about 10 packets and the coffee machine before I left. I have subsequently bought the box of 29 plus the 2 specialty flavored ones. They are amazing. The coffee and maker have now travelled with me to South America ( Guyana). I will update you on my travels with the coffee. Thank you for a wonderful product and for taking care of those amazing animals.

Stumbled across this website while I was travelling around Thailand looking for exotic souvenirs to take back home. Phoned the company and got in contact with the founder, Blake, who was very hospitable. From start to finish the customer service was exceptional - prompt responses to emails, quick delivery (delivered within 5 days) and Blake was very generous and threw in a free gift. The beans come in individual parcels which are housed in a nice, big, gold gift box. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the amazing, deep, rich scent of the beans which was unlike any other coffee bean I have ever smelt before. As this was purchased for a gift I have not tried any of the coffee, so unfortunately, I cannot review the taste, but if the other reviews on the website are anything to go by then I am sure that this is a must for any coffee connoisseur.
Overall, the Black Ivory Coffee Company has great customer service with quick delivery and the packaging looks very sleek. I will definitely purchase from this business again.
