Refund policy
Due to the rare and perishable nature of Black Ivory Coffee, opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Orders returned, abandoned, destroyed, confiscated, or otherwise undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to carrier communications, or failure to provide documentation required for customs clearance or delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
