Shipping policy

Black Ivory Coffee ships worldwide from Thailand using DHL Express and other premium carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number, and email address at the time of purchase. Black Ivory Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Certain countries may require recipients to provide tax identification numbers, national identification numbers, import documentation, permits, or other information requested by customs authorities or the shipping carrier in order to complete delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring communications from the shipping carrier and responding promptly to any requests necessary for customs clearance or delivery.

Orders delayed, returned, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to carrier or customs requests, or failure to provide required documentation may not be eligible for a refund.

 Black Ivory Coffee ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis whenever available, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are generally paid by Black Ivory Coffee prior to delivery.
