Cancellation policy

Black Ivory Coffee subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.

A minimum commitment of three deliveries applies. Subscription orders cannot be cancelled before the third delivery has been fulfilled.

Following the third delivery, subscribers may pause, skip, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting Black Ivory Coffee. 

Changes or cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
